There is nothing to request and nothing to sign up for. The email we sent contains a private link to a page about your website: what we found, the exact URL, what your server returned and when.

Reading it is free. You can forward it to your developer. You can ignore it. None of those cost you anything.

How to check us without trusting us

Open the URL in the reportOn your own device, without clicking anything we sent. You should see the same failure.
Check we never ask for a passwordWe don't, anywhere. If someone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
Check the price is publicOur tiers are on the pricing page, not invented per customer.
Check there's no pressureNo countdown, no expiring offer, no chasing sequence. Ever.

If you found us

We'll walk the routes a customer would use — product and service pages, basket, checkout, booking links, contact and enquiry paths — and tell you what we find.

Two honest caveats before you ask. Capacity is limited and requests are handled in order, so we cannot promise a turnaround. And if your public journeys check out clean, we will tell you that — there will be nothing to sell you, and we would rather say so than manufacture a finding.

After you ask

What happens, in order.

1. We acknowledge it

A person confirms we've received the request and whether we have capacity.

2. We walk the journeys

Public pages only, in a real browser, at a polite request rate.

3. We verify anything found

Re-checked later and confirmed independently before it becomes a finding.

4. You get the outcome

A report with evidence if we confirm something — or a plain "nothing found" if not.

5. Nothing is published

Findings about your website stay between us. No case study without your permission.

6. That's the end of it

No follow-up sequence, no sales call, no re-contact unless you ask.
