We find the fault. You decide what happens next.

Reading your report is free. If you want to act on it, there are two fixed, one-off prices — no subscription, no retainer, no renewal. You only ever pay after you've seen the evidence for your specific confirmed fault.

Send it to my developer

Your developer does the repair

£199 one-off

The complete technical handover, so your own developer or agency can carry out the repair.

  • Full technical diagnosis and affected URLs
  • Persisted evidence, timestamps and reproduction steps
  • Likely cause, implementation steps and a repair checklist
  • A post-fix verification checklist

Change your mind? Where the identified fault is eligible for our fixed-price repair, you can upgrade to the £499 repair within 14 days and we credit the £199 in full — so the upgrade is just £300. If we need to review the scope first, we'll confirm eligibility before the credit applies.

What the Developer Pack contains

DiagnosisWhat is failing, on which route, and under what conditions.
EvidenceURLs, HTTP responses, timestamps and browser observations.
Likely cause & repair stepsWhere we can responsibly determine it — observed fact kept distinct from likely cause.
ReproductionExact steps so your developer can see the fault for themselves.
Repair & verification checklistsWhat to change and how to confirm it's genuinely resolved.
14-day upgrade creditDecide later to have us do it? The £199 comes off the £499.

You always see the evidence before you spend anything.

Reading your report is free, permanently. If the fault has already been fixed, or you look at the evidence and decide it isn't worth repairing, don't buy it. There is no account to close, no trial to cancel and no follow-up sequence.

Being precise about it

What you're buying — and what you aren't.

Vagueness here is where this kind of service goes wrong, so we would rather be blunt about the boundaries before you spend anything.

You are buying

  • A resolution for one specific confirmed fault — either we fix it (£499) or your developer does (£199).
  • Documented evidence you can hand to a developer or agency.
  • Implementation steps written to be acted on, not admired.
  • A verification checklist so you know when it's genuinely resolved.
  • On the £499 fix: we re-test the affected journey and confirm the result in writing.
  • On the £499 fix: a refund if we can't fix the identified fault within scope.

You are not buying

  • A general website maintenance or support contract.
  • Ongoing monitoring — this is a one-off, not a subscription.
  • A full audit of every page on your website.
  • SEO work, performance tuning or design changes.
  • A guarantee of more sales, bookings, rankings or enquiries.
  • A fix for unrelated faults — those are separate work, quoted separately.
Would you rather we implemented the change ourselves? That's the £499 "Fix it for me" option — we carry out the repair for the identified fault, re-test the affected journey and confirm it's resolved, and refund the £499 if we can't fix it within the agreed scope. For faults whose scope isn't fixed-price reasonable, we'll say so and suggest the £199 developer pack instead.

Being honest about scope

When we can fix it for £499 — and when we can't yet.

The prices are the same for every business. What can change is whether a fixed-price repair is sensible for a particular fault. We would rather tell you that up front than promise a flat fee we can't stand behind.

Bounded faults → £499 fix

Where the repair is well understood — an expired certificate, a site not on HTTPS, a broken link or route — we offer the £499 done-for-you fix outright.

Open-ended faults → review first

Where a fault could involve bespoke application work or an unknowable scope, we don't show a £499 button. We give you the £199 pack and an option to ask us to look.

Same price for everyone

Price is never set by your company size, your sector, or how much we think you can afford. It's £499 or £199 — the same for every business.

Things we will never do to the price

Not how we sell

Pressure tactics are how this industry earned its reputation. None of the following will ever appear on a FaultFound report or on this website.

  • Fake discounts
  • Crossed-out "was" prices
  • Countdown timers
  • Limited-time offers
  • Artificial scarcity
  • Automatic renewals
  • Prices that change if you hesitate
  • Chasing sequences after you decline
